Bluewater Developments (FIJI) was established in 2005 to identify, acquire and develop prime beach front Real Estate in Fiji as resorts or residential properties.

Detailed research was undertaken throughout 2005 and towards the end of the year a number of properties were acquired. Each property met specific requirements that were established by the Bluewater Development Directors early in the planning stage.

At this stage our focus has been on the main island Viti Levu, with the real estate either being beachfront or having spectacular sea views.

Bluewater Developments – Fiji has brought the skills together of four organisations to ensure all facets of the proposed developments are covered. These skills include project management, construction, engineering, design and financing [see profiles of Key Personnel].

If appropriate, we would consider Joint Venture Partners to assist, especially an organisation with resort management skills as the resort operations will be contracted to an experienced tourist destination operator.

The Master plan for our first resort is close to finalisation and will be lodged for approval within a few months. Further information is available on the  KAI WAI Resort Project page. Work will commence on the other property sites shortly.

Some of these properties maybe sold prior to development.
